30-Day Free Trial

ReviewMax360 offers eligible new clients a 30-day free trial. The trial begins on the date ReviewMax360 first receives customer data from the client for use in providing the service. No subscription fees will be charged during the 30-day trial period.

Unless the client notifies ReviewMax360 that they do not wish to continue before the trial ends, the free trial will automatically convert to a monthly paid subscription. At the end of the trial, the payment method provided by the client will be charged the monthly subscription price disclosed when the client enrolled.

To avoid the first monthly charge, the client must cancel before the 30-day trial period expires.

Monthly Paid Plan

Once the free trial converts to a paid subscription, the subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled. The client authorizes ReviewMax360 to charge the applicable monthly subscription fee to the payment method provided.

All monthly subscription payments are final and nonrefundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law or a charge was made in error. ReviewMax360 does not provide partial, prorated, or unused-time refunds when a client cancels during a paid billing period.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel their free trial or monthly subscription at any time by:

• Sending written notice to info@reviewmax360.com; or
• Calling ReviewMax360 at 321-599-1189 and requesting cancellation.

A cancellation request must be received before the end of the free trial to prevent the first monthly subscription charge.

For an active paid subscription, a cancellation request must be received before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next monthly charge. Cancellation will normally become effective at the end of the current paid billing period, and service may continue through that date.

A client may request immediate termination of the service, but immediate termination does not entitle the client to a full or partial refund for any amount already charged.  Any refunds will be made to the original payment method.

After cancellation becomes effective, no additional subscription charges will be made unless the client later authorizes a new subscription.
